Celtic will host Hearts on the final day of the season - live on Sky Sports - in a potential title decider as the Scottish Premiership fixtures have been revealed...

League-leaders Hearts are one point clear of Rangers and three ahead of Celtic, with respective games against Motherwell, Falkirk and St Mirren to come before the split takes effect.

They will then host Rangers on May 4 before travelling to Motherwell on May 9, with both games also live on Sky, before facing Falkirk at Tynecastle Park on May 13. Their final match of the season will be against current champions Celtic at Parkhead on May 16.
